Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped insured via Canada Post, unless suggested otherwise by them. All orders will receive a tracking number when the item is sent, providing the shipment method allows for such a feature to be implemented. Any items ordered locally may opt to pickup their order from us. We can also ship by UPS, Fedex, or Purolator if requested by the customer. Due to shipping being a taxable service, the appropriate GST/HST will be applied to your shipping fees.

USA & International shipping is setup as well, and customers of these orders are responsible for any Duty / Customs / Brokerage fees that are charged to them. All items shipped to International locations (Outside Canada & USA) will be considered sold "as-is", and will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Return Policy

1. Twinworld Computer Consulting will warranty computer systems that are completely assembled and has the OS pre-installed by us up to a maximum of 12 months from the purchase date (any warranty beyond 12 months would be handled by the customer to the manufacturer directly). Twinworld Computer Consulting will be responsible for any shipping and handling expenses within the first 12 months only for items shipped from our location to the manufacturer. Systems sent to us via mail from the customer's location within the first 12 months will be paid for by the customer (must be sent with enough insurance to cover the sytem incase of possible damages during shipping), and shipping from us to the manufacturer will be covered by us. We will also cover return shipping to the customer within the first 12 months for items shipped from our location back to the customer. We will first diagnose the system to verify the issue. If we are unable to find any fault with the system, then the system will be returned at the customer's expense. If the customer refuses to pay for return shipment, and we recieve no payment for return shipping after 14 days of the initial payment request, then we will take ownership of the system. If we can verify the issue exists, then we will RMA the defective item to the manufacturer.

2. For product that arrives DOA (dead on arrival), or if any product or part is defective, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly for service or exchange. Due to manufacturer policies, Twinworld Computer Consulting cannot accept these returns for service or exchange.

3. Product that is in its original factory-sealed container may be returned to Twinworld Computer Consulting within 14 days from invoice date for a refund (minus 20% restocking fee, shipping & handling fees, and any taxes associated to the shipping charges).

4. If an order is done via credit card and you want to be refunded for a product, we will take 2% off of your refund (which is added to the fees discussed in section 3), to cover the fees we incur for crediting back the refund to your credit card. If a Stop Payment is issued as to get your full refund back, by issuing this option against us, you willingly agree to allow us to recharge your Credit Card any fees charged against us for the Stop Payment. If that charge is then stopped, you again willingly agree to allow us to recharge your card to recover any fees associated with the Stop Payments that were issued against us, until such time that all fees have been fully collected by us.

5. We must be contacted in regards to any return that you will be making before the item is shipped back to us, so that we can approve the return. Also any return sent C.O.D. or any other method that involves us making a payment to accept the return, will be refused & sent back at the shipper's expense, thus voiding & expiring any return option on the item in question.

6. If any non-DOA product or part is or becomes defective, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly for service or exchange. Due to manufacturer policies, Twinworld Computer Consulting cannot accept these returns for service or exchange.

7. Any manuals, cables etc. that are missing will result in an additional restocking fee of at least 10%, at Twinworld Computer Consulting's sole discretion.

8. All software sales are final, No Returns Accepted.
