Advertising With Us
Twinworld Computer Consulting allows third party companies to advertise through our ad banner at the bottom of our website. Advertising space may be purchased at $20 per month, $110 per 6 month period, or $200 for a 1 year period. TCC may change these rates at any time without notice. TCC shall not be held liable for content these companies may provide, the reliability & legality of such companies and their sites, or anything else involving such companies who want to advertise through us. If there are any issues with such companies who are advertising through us, all issues (including legal), must be directed to that company. All Advertising fees are non-refundable.
Contests, Promotions, and other special offerings
Twinworld Computer Consulting reserves the right to change the rules of any of our Offerings at anytime without notice. If there are a lack of entries into any of our contests after a reasonable amount of time, we reserve the right to alter the contest rules accordingly, or even cancel the contest until a point we see fit to restart the contest again, if at all. TCC reserves the right to post the names of any winners to our contests on our website. By entering any of our offerings, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
Site Archiving / Reproduction
Twinworld Computer Consulting allows those companies who wish to archive and / or reproduce our site onto systems not hosted or maintained by us, the right to do so as long as they pay us the appropriate fees for such actions. Monthly fees start at $1,000 CDN, which need to be pre-paid each month. Companies and / or websites found to be illegally archiving / reproducing our webpages on systems not hosted or maintained by us shall be fined $100,000 CDN for the first infraction plus any legal fees associated with the collection of such fine. Any future infractions from said companies and / or webites shall be fined $100,000 CDN multiplied be the amount of times such infraction has occured.
